PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic sol composition which generates neither HCl gas nor dioxins when being incinerated, has an excellent storage stability and is curable even at a relatively low temperature, and its coating film is excellent in adhesiveness to a base material, cold resistance and strength. SOLUTION: The acrylic sol composition comprises (a) acrylic polymer fine particles, (b) a block polyurethane, (c) a polyamine compound containing at least one selected from the group consisting of modified products of a polyether polyamine compound represented by formula (1), (d) a plasticizer and (e) a filler, (in the formula, x is a residue of excluding m hydroxy groups from a 2-6 valent polyol; A is a 2-4C alkylene group; B is a 1-4C alkylene group; m is 2-6; n is 0-50; and a plurality of A, B and n existing in the same molecule are the same or different, respectively).
