PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater structure excellent in durability, in which large-sized algae are favorably rooted. SOLUTION: This underwater structure is composed of a float part, a stretching part and a spindle part, and the stretching part is composed of a belt-like body composed of a soft porous body and a core material installed integrally with the belt like body, and the belt-like body is reinforced by the core material.
