PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power converting device, superior to connection durability between a plurality of switching element modules two dimensionally arranged and a printed circuit board, and capable of easily assemble the switching element modules and the printed circuit board. SOLUTION: The power converting device 1 has a plurality of switching element modules 2 provided with a respective plurality of pins 21 for control signal, and a printed circuit board 3 for control circuit provided with pin connection parts 31 to which the pins 21 for control signal are connected. The plurality of switching element modules 2 are two dimensionally arranged. The pins 2 for control signal are provided with a bend part 211 bent so as to secure a flexibility.
