A manufacturing method of an aluminum polymer condenser and a mass production device thereof are provided to lower an ESR(Equivalent Series Resistance) corresponding to 1/10 of an existing electrolyte at 100KHz in comparison with the existing electrolyte by using PEDOT(Polyethylenedioxythiophene) as a solid electrolyte of an aluminum capacitor. An aluminum polymer capacitor manufacturing method includes an etching process(S10), a formation process(S20), a winding process(S30), a carburization process(S40), a re-formation process(S50), a polymerization process(S60), a curing process(S80), and an exterior assembly process(S90). The carburization process(S40) includes a process for carburizing a separator by heating a plate jig at 200 to 300 degrees centigrade within an electric furnace for carburization during 30 to 150 minutes. In the polymerization process(S40), a monomer, an oxidizer, dilutive alcohol or water are mixed within a low-temperature bath having a temperature range of 10 to -20 degrees centigrade during 30 to 60 minutes. A polymerization solution is injected into an aluminium can groove of the plate jig. The residual polymerization solution is stored in a polymerization solution tank. An aluminum capacitor element adhered to the aluminum plate jig is inserted into an aluminum can. The aluminum can including the aluminum capacitor element is dipped into a vacuum chamber during 20 to 30 minutes. The aluminum capacitor element is polymerized by performing a drying process during 10 to 300 minutes within a temperature range between room temperature and 150 degrees centigrade. A lead is cut from the aluminum plate jig. |
