<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution board whose production cost can be reduced, that requires less processing, and that can save construction work. <P>SOLUTION: In this distribution board, an inside apparatus 4 of the distribution board 1 are structured by mounting a panel 6, on which the apparatus are placed, on rails 5 provided in parallel so as to achieve simple work and to provide a low-cost board. Struts 9 are vertically provided on the ends of rails 5 at the four corners of the inside apparatus 4. Wall-mounting holes are provided to the struts 9.
