<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured easy open container whose tab part used for peeling is structured for the principle of leverage to be applied and for easily opening a cover body sealing a container main body by the same. <P>SOLUTION: This easy open container 100 comprises a container main body 10 whose opening has a seal flange 11 and a cover body 20 having a seal flange 21 to be superimposed on the flange 11. As the seal flanges 11, 21 are sealed, the cover body 20 is fitted integrally with the main body 10. A tab part 22 formed integrally on the cover body 20 side is used in opening.
