PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently attain reservation confirmation in carrying in or out a container.

SOLUTION: This reservation confirmation system for executing the reservation confirmation of a container to be carried in or out by a reservation managing device for storing and managing the reservation information of the warehousing or shipping of a container is provided with an image obtaining means for photographing the predetermined position of the container at a gate set at the entrance/exit of a vehicle for carrying in or out the container to a predetermined section, a container identification information acquisition means loaded at the position of the container for acquiring container identification information from the image information obtained by the image acquisition means, an identification code reading means for reading an identification code displayed at a terminal moving with the vehicle and a collating means for collating the container identification information acquired by the container identification information acquisition means and the identification code acquired by the identification code acquisition means with the reservation information acquired by the reservation management device.
