<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system, a reader/writer and an information processing method, allowing easy information processing. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 112 inside a host computer 110 writes a command script into a flash memory 116 inside a memory card 115. When the memory card 115 is connected, a control part 122 inside the reader/writer 110 reads and executes the command script stored in the flash memory 116 inside the memory card 115, and writes an execution result thereof into the flash memory 116.
