<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for safely fixing a main artery balloon pumping catheter to the skin to prevent complications such as arterial occlusion, bleeding, damage by the catheter or the like when using the main artery balloon pumping catheter. <P>SOLUTION: A hole through which the catheter passes is provided at the center of a transparent silicone board (1). A silicone cylinder (2) is obliquely fixed on the board fitting to the hole at the surface center, and a silicone step (3) of a U letter shape is disposed on the back of the silicone board (1) so as to surround the hole.
