摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a protein food raw material having prophylactic and improving effect on lifestyle-related diseases.

SOLUTION: This protein food raw material is obtained based on such a verified fact that β-conglutinin as a main constituent component of soybean proteins is usable as an effective food raw material through ascertained research findings that lipid metabolism-regulating function of the β-conglutinin is not originated from its amino acid composition but from β-conglutinin-originated functional components.
