<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food highly containing pyrroloquinoline quinone. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing food highly containing pyrroloquinoline quinone comprises separating and collecting a solid substance precipitated by adding inorganic salt to liquid material produced by separating solid content from a cultured product obtained by culturing Bacillus natto using soybeans or a soybean containing-processed product as a culture medium.
