<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which work efficiency of upgrading is prevented from becoming worse without losing reliability of system quality. <P>SOLUTION: The system is provided with a terminal 14 receiving situation information on a radio base station 11 from a line controller 10 and transmitting a prescribed processing command corresponding to received situation information of the radio base station to the radio base station. The radio base station receives the prescribed processing command transmitted from the terminal, transmits a channel switch instruction and a disconnection request instruction requesting disconnection of a call to a mobile radio terminal 18 in accordance with the received prescribed processing command, and controls allocation of a link channel of the mobile radio terminal in accordance with the received prescribed processing command or a prescribed condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
