<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To consistently perform the management of a steel product manufacturing process and the control of manufacturing equipment. <P>SOLUTION: This controller comprises: an incidental information input means 12 for inputting incidental information including controlled device information, control pattern information, iron and steel product-specific information, analysis standard information and the like; an incidental information management mechanism means 13 for storing the inputted incidental information; a product-specific work instruction input means 10 for instructing and inputting a function-divided module (function module) for every controlled device in instructing a product-specific manufacturing process; a product-specific work instruction information creating and processing means 11 for combining the function modules, reading the incidental information stored for the inputted manufacturing process; providing the function modules with the incidental information as a parameter, and creating manufacturing prescription; and a process progress management processing means 15 for executing the manufacturing prescription to control and monitor the controlled device (each equipment for dissolution, formation, heating, machining, inspection). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
