PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support-platform-integrated type resonator and its fabricating method in which there is no problem of the quality factor degradation or the like and movement of a tuning rod moving axially within a through hole is unpreventable. SOLUTION: The fabricating method of the support-platform-integrated type dielectrics resonator is as follows: a jointing material (an inorganic jointing material such as glass-grace-based jointing material or the like, an organic jointing material such as an epoxy-based jointing material or the like) is applied to at least one of a junction formed at an end face side of a cylindrical resonator 11 (that is made from titanate such as MgTiO<SB>3</SB>, CaTiO<SB>3</SB>or the like) and junction formed at an end face side of the cylindrical support platform 12 (that is made from alumina, forsterite or the like). Thereafter, the junctions are opposed to each other in an overlapping manner with the jointing material intervened between each of the junctions of the resonator and support platform. Then, the junctions are jointed so that the jointing material protrudes from the peripheral surface of a jointing member 2 and subsequently the jointing material protruded is eliminated (by using edged tools such as a ceramic knife or the like).
