MICROWAVE HEATING APPARATUS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave heating apparatus having a simple structure with one microwave heating furnace for processing a plurality of thread-like heating objects, and processing even thread-like conductive material of metal. SOLUTION: The microwave heating apparatus is constructed so that a heating object is heated by propagating microwave of transmission mode TE10to the microwave furnace 10 having a rectangular cross-section via a linking wave guide 30 by a microwave oscillator 20. The microwave heating furnace 10 heats via thread-like conductive material 1 of a pair of heating objects along electric field position existing in axial symmetry having a center corresponding to a electric field part A of maximum strength formed adjacent to the center in the cross-section of the microwave heating furnace 10 perpendicular to the propagation direction of microwave. The thread-like conductive material 1 is heated by leading a wall surface current flowing on the surface of the wall generated by the propagation of the microwave as a displacement current.
