PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device high in heating efficiency, capable of partially heating a part to be heated, achieving a rated temperature within an extremely short while after starting heating, less in rush current and flicker at the time of lighting, long in service life and capable of responding to a plurality of modes different in heating width; an infrared ray bulb suitable for the heating device; and an electron apparatus having the heating device with high reliability. SOLUTION: The infrared ray bulb has a shape extending in a longitudinal direction with a specified width and has a structure in which one or more heating bodies having openings effectively extending in the longitudinal directions are sealed in a glass tube.
