PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively producing a polyamide-based resin molded article having extremely excellent heat resistance and sliding property while retaining excellent strength, impact resistance and chemical resistance of the polyamide-based resin molded article, not polluting the surface of the molded article with an oil, etc., not changing a frictional coefficient even when long-term repeated sliding is carried out. SOLUTION: The polyamide molded article is composed of a polyamide-based resin composition composed of a polyamide-based resin having≤280°C melting point and containing a silicone compound. At least surface layer part of the polyamide-based resin molded article is crosslinked by irradiation with electronic beam. In the polyamide-based molded article, dynamic elastic modulus E' at 280°C by dynamic viscoelasticity measurement is≥0.1 MPa. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
