<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermediate stripper and an intermediate stripping method for enhancing the efficiency of an intermediate stripping process. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of coated wires W are positioned by a positioning means 200 and a plurality of sets of cutter are driven by a common drive means thus performing cutting operation of respective coated wires W simultaneously.
