An information processing device comprises searching means for extracting a first keyword from searched information and searching for relevant information relevant to the first keyword from the searched information, evaluation analyzing means for receiving the correlation between the searched information and the relevant information including usability of the relevant information for the searched information, and document creating means for creating a document from the searched information and relevant information according to the correlation received by the evaluation analyzing means. If the searched information is the one on the description of a patent application and if the document to be created is information on the description of a filed patent application to be filed, the correlation in the evaluation analyzing means preferably includes at least one of no evaluation made, necessity for follow-up survey, feasibility of diversion for proposal information, and the relation with the information on the description of a patent application to be filed.
