SUBSTRATE FOR SURFACE MOUNTED DEVICE PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC RESONATOR

A substrate for a surface-mounted piezoelectric ceramic resonator is provided to improve mechanical strength of a resonator by making an adhesion layer between a dielectric substrate and an insulation layer absorb an impact while using high polymer resin. After adhesive is applied to one surface of an insulation substrate(10), a dielectric substrate(30) is attached to the insulation substrate coated with the adhesive to form a substrate for a surface-mounted piezoelectric ceramic resonator. An electrode through hole is further formed from the insulation substrate to the dielectric substrate. The adhesive is high polymer resin made of epoxy, silicon resin, etc.
