A complex deposit building for articles left by the departed is provided to enable the survivors to conveniently execute religious ceremonies for the departed or a family to conveniently stop in the complex deposit building. A complex deposit building for articles left by the departed comprises a parking floor part(3) taking an underground floor of a terrestrial compound building as a parking lot(31); a shopping floor part(2) taking one floor or plural floors among upper floors formed on the upper part of the parking floor part as a shopping center(21); and a floor part for articles left by the departed(1) taking upper floors formed on the upper part of the shopping floor part as plural depositories for articles left by the departed(11) each comprising a compartment.
