A bracket (60) adapted to fit through a wheel (52) of a spare tire (54) for a vehicle (40) is provided. The bracket (60) includes a first plate portion (71), a first member (81), a second plate portion (72), and a second member (82). The first plate portion (71) has at least two stud holes (24) formed therethrough and arranged in a pattern corresponding to a wheel-stud pattern for at least one vehicle (40). The first member (81) extends from the first plate portion (71). At least part of an exterior surface of the first member (81) has a cylindrical shape. The first member (81) has a first threaded portion (91). The second member (82) extends from the second plate portion (72). The second member (82) has a second threaded portion (92). The first threaded portion (91) is adapted to mate with the second threaded portion (92). The bracket (60) may be included in a kit, wherein the kit includes a container holding bracket (62). |
