<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure of an automobile capable of preventing, in particular, a seal function and appearance from being deteriorated and impaired. <P>SOLUTION: In the seal structure of the automobile, an upper seal lip 7 of a tongue-shaped section which extends substantially in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle and is elastically brought into contact with a roof and a side seal lip 8 of a tongue-shaped section which extends substantially in the vertical direction of the vehicle and is elastically brought into contact with a pillar are connected to each other at an upper corner part 4a of a door frame 4 in a molding manner.
