<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive image carrier driving device efficiently restraining the unevenness of the traveling speed of an image carrier and realizing high image quality with comparatively simple constitution, and an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image carrier driving device is provided with 1st driving transmitting means 3 and 7 driving the image carrier, and 2nd driving transmitting means 4, 8, 9 and 10 driving a member different from the image carrier and having the same driving sources 2 and 20 as the 1st driving transmitting means 3 and 7. Furthermore, the image carrier driving device is provided with noise intercepting means 13 and 15 interrupting noise produced in the 2nd driving transmitting means 4, 8, 9 and 10 being transmitted to the 1st driving transmitting means 3 and 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
