<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an advertisement frame in an auction site by using area and time as reference, and to sell it by auction. <P>SOLUTION: An auction site is opened on the Internet, and the advertisement frame in the auction site which can be selected by using area and time as reference is selected regarding the area and time accordingly to a display image screen. A minimum price and a precedent maximum bidding price which are displayed are considered to carry out bidding. When there is a subsequent bidder having bid a bidding price exceeding a bidding price of a precedent bidder, mail notifying the situation is automatically sent to the precedent bidder from a management server. At an award time and date, a bidder having bid the maximum bidding price from bidders wins.
