<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system where a plurality of pieces of terminal equipment and a printer are connected to prevent the contention of a plurality of setting instructions to a printing device. <P>SOLUTION: Terminal equipment 200[1] transmits setting instructions such as print concentration and print sheets and a print job to a printer 100. During access to the printer 100, the terminal equipment 200[1] transmits "setting failure notification" to the other terminal equipment 200[2] and 200[3]. When print by the printer 100 is completed, the terminal equipment 200[1] transmits "use enabled notification" to the other terminal equipment 200[2] and 300[3]. The terminal equipment 200[2] and 200[3] restrains access to the printer 100 since receiving the setting failure notification until receiving the use enabled notification.
