<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording device in which a large number of pieces of information can be recorded in a content by using a bar code without deteriorating image quality of the content. <P>SOLUTION: In an information recording device image, a frequency component of the content and a frequency component of an image pattern of a two-dimensional bar code are added, and an image content including the image pattern of the two-dimensional bar code is restored from the frequency component after addition.
