<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lipid peroxide eliminator which can eliminate a produced lipid peroxide to remove adverse effects caused by the lipid peroxide. <P>SOLUTION: This lipid peroxide eliminator is characterized by containing an electron-imparting anti-oxidizing substance and a peroxidase. The electron-imparting anti-oxidizing substance preferably comprises one or more of ascorbic acid, polyphenol compounds, quercetin, capsaicine, caffeic acid, guaiacol, and propyl gallate. The lipid peroxide eliminator exhibits a more excellent lipid peroxide-eliminating action than those of conventional anti-oxidizing agents and glutathione system compounds, when added to a target such as a food, a cosmetic composition or a medicine composition.
