PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destructive device of a hard-disk device, in which a disk is perfectly destroyed such that data reading is completely impossible after disposal, and the destruction of data is recognized at first sight, and working efficiency of the disk destruction is improved. SOLUTION: In a configuration, a hard-disk device 2 is crushed down together with a chassis 3 thereof by pressing means, and a magnetic disk 4 in the hard-disk device 2 is deformed so that remained data are unreadable, in addition, the pressing means has a pressing head 32 disposed movably in a vertical direction and a holder 40 disposed below the head, and several protrusions 38, 46 having roundish ends are disposed on end-faces of the pressing head 32 and the holder 40 respectively with an interval, and both the protrusions 38, 46 are disposed with being out of phase so that they do not interfere with each other, and the pressing head 32 and the holder 40 pinch the hard-disk device to press and destroy the device.
