PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for adjusting rotation angle of a dish antena, which is manufactured easily. SOLUTION: A bracket 12 is mounted on a rear face of a reflecting mirror 2. In this state, the bracket 12 has a flat plate 14 perpendicular to a polarity axle 16. A plurality of arc-shaped grooves 20 are formed at intervals on a virtual circle drawn on the flat plate 14 with a center of the polarity axle 16. An adapter plate 24 is put in contact with the face of the flat plate 14 on the side of reflecting mirror 2. The bracket 12 is rotatable with respect to the adapter plate 24 with a center of the polarity axle 16. A screw hole 26 corresponding to the arc-shaped groove 20 is formed at the adapter plate 24. A bracket 28 is provided opposite to the reflecting mirror 2 of the flat plate 14. The bracket 28 is rotatable freely around an elevation angle adjusting axle passing through wings 30, 32. A volt 48 passing through holes 42, 44, 46 and the arc-shaped groove 20 is engaged by screwing with a screw hole 26, and the brackets 12, 28 are fixed to the adaptor plate 24.
