PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly confirm that a transmitted message is transmitted to the opposite party by applying mobile communication equipment and a mobile communicating method to, for example, communication between vehicles. SOLUTION: This invention is applied to the mobile communication equipment which is mounted on a traveling object and transmits and receives a message to/from the same type of a device mounted on another traveling object and notifies a message transmitting source of message reception by receiving the message.
