PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric compound wiring structure member, wherein the transmission loss of light is small since optical axis deviation is eliminated and sure alignment is enabled, and moreover conduction between components is enabled, without using conduction structure, such as wire bonding. SOLUTION: The photoelectric compound wiring structure member 10 is provided with an optical element mounting board 41, an electric wiring board 11 and a conductive guide member 31 for alignment. The alignment recess 48 of an optical element mounting board side is formed on an optical element mounting board part 42. The alignment recess 28 of an electric wiring board side is formed on an electric wiring board part 22. The guide member 31 for alignment is engaged with the alignment recess 48 of the optical element mounting board side and the alignment recess 28 of the electric wiring board side. The conductor 46 of an optical element mounting board side and the conductors 15, 16, 17 of an electric wiring board side are made electrically continuous via the guide member 31 for alignment.
