PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension structure which is easy and inexpensive to manufacture and also can be applied to a structure part of different thickness for being a buried object to be buried in a structure part where pouring is carried out in order to form different designs of ducts. SOLUTION: The extension structure, which can be buried in a structure part such as the pouring part in the ceiling, is for a buried object to form a duct for a piping, a cable or the like such as a duct pipe or a fire-prevention sleeve. Particularly in the extension structure 1 which bridges the difference E between the length L of the buried object 3 and the thickness D of the finished structure part 2, the extension structure 1 is composed of a flat plate material 6, at least one securing element 7 and at least one fastening element 8. The flat plate material 6 is a rectangular flat plane in a developed state. The flat plate material 6 is fixed with the securing element 7 to the area of a loose end 9 of the duct pipe 3 and the flat plate material 6 is wrapped around the loose end 9 of the duct pipe 3 while the loose end 10 of the flat plate material 6 is fastened with the fastened element 8 to the flat plate material 6 itself.
