PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leader joint with good appearance after construction, in which an adhesive can be uniformly applied to the whole surface of an adhesion point between the joint and a leader to prevent an adhesive failure. SOLUTION: A cylindrical joint body has insert ports to be inserted and connected to end parts of leaders at both ends. The circumferential surface of each insert port is tapered toward the tip, and at least the circumferential surface of the upstream side insert port to be connected to the upstream leader is threaded with an outer diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the leader by 0.5-1 mm.
