PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device allowing reduction in the number of components and assembling man-hour, reduction in cost by improved assembling work, and certain prevention of falling off of a cable for resetting a reclining state. SOLUTION: An unlock lever 23 is provided with a stopper member engaging piece 24 composed of a bent piece and a slit 26 (first to third slits S<SB>1</SB>, S<SB>2</SB>, S<SB>3</SB>) having a crank shape, the slit 26 is inserted with the cable for resetting the reclining state, the end (tip) of the cable 4 for resetting the reclining state is attached with a stopper member 8, and the stopper member 8 is disposed at a position corresponding to a bent portionαformed of one end edge 23a of the unlock lever 23 and the stopper member engaging piece 24.
