PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin condition evaluation method which can make it possible to instantly grasp problems intrinsic to the skin by visually showing a comprehensive evaluation for results for which a plurality of items are measured for the skin and evaluated; a device used for the skin condition evaluation method; and a counseling tool used for the skin condition evaluation method. SOLUTION: The method is employed for evaluation by measuring the skin of a subject using a skin condition measuring device equipped with a skin sensor 1, an oily checker 2, a magnifying camera 3, a liquid crystal color monitor 4, and a device body unit 5. and n pieces ((n) is an integer of 3 or higher) of evaluation items for the skin which are acquired by the measurement are provided, and specified sectors based on reference values of respective evaluation items are displayed as a sector which is pinched by two concentric regular n-angled shapes. At the same time, the measurement result in the subject is positioned on evaluation axes for respective evaluation items by making straight lines connecting the central point and respective apices of the concentric n-angled shape as the evaluation axes for respective evaluation items, and is set to be displayed as the n-angled shape by connecting them with each other by segments.
