摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic dielectric material from which a sintered compact and a circuit member for high frequency being sintered at≤1,000°C, having high bending strength, resonance frequency hardly changing with the temperature and low dielectric loss in the high frequency wavelength region of≥0.1 GHz. SOLUTION: The glass ceramic dielectric material comprises 50-100% glass powder and 0-50% ceramic filler powder by mass percentage.
