PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide contents fitted to a user's taste. SOLUTION: A selection control part 304 selects a sub-content fitted to the user's taste from a content server 305 on the basis of static taste information stored in a taste information storage part 303. A QoS controller 308 adjusts the sub-content based on meta information included in the sub-content, and transmits the resulting content to a user terminal device through a transmission part 306. In the user terminal device, the sub-content is reproduced, and dynamic taste information of the user to the reproduced sub-content is extracted and transmitted to a content providing device 22-1. The QoS controller 308 adjusts the next sub-content based on the dynamic taste information and the meta information included in the next sub-content.
