PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display screen which is good in visibility and attains multi-colored display particularly in a wide color reproduction region by using dots of three-color alternative display or four-color alternative display. SOLUTION: The display screen consists of three kinds of the three-color alternative display dots or a combination of three kinds of the four-color alternative display dots. The three-color alternative display dots are capable of displaying two chromatic colors and one achromatic color. The four-color alternative display dots are capable of displaying the two chromatic colors and the two achromatic colors.
