The housing may be round and may be worn on the wrist like a wristwatch. It has two diametrically opposed brackets or lugs (2) accommodating loops at the end of a wristband. A circular front part of the housing (1) clamps the precious stone in place. It has a hinge (3) equidistant from the two brackets and a diametrically opposed catch (4).
