The secondary luggage rack is mounted by a special hanger on an existing cycle luggage rack and has a loading surface as well as an axle for two wheels. The extra luggage rack can serve as a trailer attached through an articulated joint or can be folded up onto the existing luggage rack. The empty weight is about 2.5 kg and it can be loaded with up to about 20 kg. It is preferably made of aluminium with two pneumatic tyres.
