FUCOIDAN ORIGINATING FROM CLADOSIPHON OKAMURANUS AND IMMUNOSTIMULATOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new three fucoidans having immunostimulative action derived from Cladosiphon Okamuranus.

SOLUTION: The new fucoidans having immunostimulative action are obtained by freeze-drying the Cladosiphon Okamuranus, micropulverizing and then treating with isopropyl alcohol, separating/fractionating using a weakly basic ion-exchange gel and the compounds have immunostimulative action in vivo and very low toxicity.
