<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a croquette cooked with asari clams, easily cooked, expectable in respect to nutrition and containing nice taste extracted from asari clam, vegetables and the like, and a method for producing the refrigerated or frozen product. <P>SOLUTION: The croquette cooked with asari clams is produced by putting a seasoning soup in washed and drained rice as a first step, adding a predetermined amount of vegetables such as carrot, mushroom and the like, asari clams and an additive for imparting stability of the food and cooking them as a second step, and molding rice as a third step and applying batter added with an additive for obtaining palatability and frying as a fourth step. To preserve the croquette for a long time and for the sake of convenience, the croquette cooked with asari clam is cooled and preserved in a refrigerator or a freezer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
