MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF NON-CONTACT SHEET WITH IC TAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet with an IC tag by mounting a very small IC chip easily to a substrate sheet.

SOLUTION: A stick-like IC chip body 10 having a plurality of IC chips 20 coupled through an easy-to-break line 24 is contained and held by a linear holder 36. The stick-like IC chip body 10 is gripped by a first gripping part 37 and a second gripping part 38 which are carried to the substrate sheet 11 side by means of an air cylinder 40. Forward end part 28a of a press section 28 is lowered by a compact slider 45 to press an IC chip 20 at the forward of the IC chip body 10. An IC chip 20 on the forward end side of the IC chip body 10 is separated from the IC chip body 10 and arranged fixedly on the substrate sheet 11.
