<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with circulation work requiring simultaneous browsing of electronic survey documents and paper attachments wherein documents in different media increase the management load of personnel, and, as a result, with delaying the browsing. <P>SOLUTION: For survey documents managed using a document management system, each browser registers the end of browsing so as to provide additional information about the survey documents that shows how attached material whose location varies over time is browsed, so as to quickly provide a means for confirming the location of the attached material when there is someone who desires to browse it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
