<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain a photoreceptor device with heat resistance and durability and used for an electrophotography or a toner-jet type copying machine, a printer, a fax, etc., and a seamless tube, a belt or a roller with stain resistance, heat resistance, durability, and high strength, used for a full-color intermediate transfer device, transfer separating apparatus, conveying equipment, charging device, developing device, etc., by making only a single surface of a heat resistant polymeric material conductive and suppress film forming. <P>SOLUTION: The objective tube, belt or roller is obtained by forming active points for reaction by treating the single surface of a seamless tube composed of the heat resistant polymer in a sodium-naphthalene solution, fluorine gas, laser treatment or the like, and then reacting the material with a material having metal supporting potential such as silane coupling group, etc., and a mercapto group, etc., which are readily reactive with the active points and making to support metal such as copper, etc. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
