<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire that utilizes an onboard charger for charging a mobile phone, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A luminaire 1 utilizes an onboard charger 2 composed of a charger body 21 incorporating a charging circuit 25 provided with a plug 24 which can be inserted in a cigar lighter socket of a vehicle, and a connection plug 23 which is connected to the charger body 21 through a cord 22 and can connects to the charging terminal of a mobile phone. A power supply terminal 11 to which the connection plug 23 can be connected is provided at the base end of a transparent case 12. A light emitting device 13 is housed in a protruding part formed at the center of the tip of the case 12.
