<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a game machine mountable in a space in a limited game machine with ease. <P>SOLUTION: This display device 1 is provided with a partition plate formed with opening parts, transparent plates formed with symbols, a motor rotating the transparent plates, an LED group emitting a light to the transparent plates. The light emitted from the LED diffuses in a recessed part formed with the symbol and consequently the symbol appears on the transparent plate. When the transparent plate is rotating or stops, the display device displays the symbol of a transparent plate 3a through an opening 20a of the partition plate. It displays the symbol on a transparent plate 3b through the transparent plate 3a from an opening 20b. It displays the symbol of a transparent plate 3c through the transparent plates 3a and 3b from an opening part 20c.
