<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic device which can be improved in bonding strength with respect to a light receiving surface of metal wires as collector electrodes, while also being improved in conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic device comprises copper wires 6 which are electrically bonded to the surface of a transparent electrode 4 and constitute the collector electrodes, and a plurality of conductive pastes 5 which are discretely formed on the transparent electrode 4 along a direction, in which the copper wires 6 are extended at predetermined intervals (distance S1) and serve to electrically bond the surface of the transparent electrode 4 and the copper wires 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
