<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which a plurality of battery cells arranged inside a case can be supported firmly when the battery pack is constituted, and out of which heat generated inside the battery cell can be emitted to the exterior easily. <P>SOLUTION: This is the battery pack provided with the case having a space inside, a plurality of battery cells installed and arranged in the case, and at least one spacer arranged between the plurality of the battery cells.
